  • Disclosure is required for asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing your data (Article 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR).

In these cases, however, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the minimum required. Our privacy policy is consistent with applicable data protection laws and the data is processed only in the European Union. A transfer to third countries does not take place and is not intended.

You can at any time request that your data be corrected (Art. 16 GDPR) or deleted (Art. 17 GDPR). Furthermore, you have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your data, provided that the legal conditions for doing so are met (Art. 18 GDPR).

We delete the stored data as soon as it is not used for the specified purposes anymore.

In case of violations of the data protection regulations, you have acc. (Article 77 DSGVO) the possibility to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

4. DURATION OF DATA STORAGE

The data collected will be stored by us as long as necessary for the performance of the contracts we have entered into, or you have not exercised your right to cancellation or your right to transfer data to another company.

6.2 GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our website. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. 

6.3 GOOGLE TAG MANAGER

Google Tag Manager makes it possible to manage website tags across an area. Google Tag Manager implements tags only. This means that no cookies are used and no personal data is collected. Google Tag Manager launches other tags that may collect data, but Google Tag Manager has no access to such data. If it is disabled at the domain or cookie level, all tracking tags also remain disabled provided that they have been implemented using Google Tag Manager.

6.4 WEBFLOW

6.5 HUBSPOT

We use the Customer Relationship Management system ‘Hubspot’ for the storage and efficient management of our customer contacts. Our newsletter is sent out via Hubspot to those who have consented to it. 6.6 SOCIAL NETWORK PLUGINS

Our website links to CV VC’s social media channels by providing buttons on each page. These buttons lead to the social media platforms LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Medium, and/or YouTube. If you click on any of these buttons while being logged in to the corresponding social media platform, it allows that platform to associate the visit to our pages with your user account.
